Establishes a pilot program to provide college-level courses to high school students in public and charter schools who are taught using the Hawaiian language.

Pilot program to be initially implemented at the laboratory school of the Hawaiian language college at the University of Hawaii at Hilo.

Hawaiian language college determines enrollment qualifications and may assess enrollment fees, charge for books and materials, and require federal aid recipients to pay regular tuition.

Hawaiian language college may use funds appropriated to it to design, implement, and operate the pilot program.

Act takes effect upon approval.
