Amends the definition of "domestic insurance holding company system" to change the formation date requirement from January 1, 2000 to January 1, 1995 and clarifies that the system must consist of two or more affiliated persons with one or more being an insurer.

Updates Section 431:11-104(b) to change a cross-reference from "section 431:11-105(l)" to "section 431:11-105(b)(1)" regarding annual report requirements for persons acquiring control of insurers.

Expands Section 431:11-105(b) registration statement requirements to include information on all affiliates in financial statements and adds a new requirement for any other information the commissioner may require by rule.

Revises Section 431:11-107 examination authority to allow the commissioner to examine an insurer's affiliates and creates an exemption for domestic insurance holding company systems from examination requirements.

Updates Section 431:11-108(c) to change cross-references from "section 431:11-105(l)" to "section 431:11-105(b)(1)" and clarifies procedures for sharing information with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
