Authorizes funding to increase departmental staff as needed to handle the increased caseload from expanded eligibility.

Allocates resources to improve the department's electronic systems and streamline SNAP processing capacity.

Provides funding for outreach and awareness campaigns, application assistance services, and efforts to increase Hawaii's SNAP participation rate, which ranks 37th per capita among states.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
