Establishes the interim assistance reimbursement special fund within the state treasury to be administered by the Department of Human Services.

Deposits into the fund federal reimbursements from the Social Security Administration for recipients retroactively approved for supplemental security income, legislative appropriations, accrued interest, and other designated revenues.

Directs fund moneys to be used for state-funded financial assistance payments and programs that support recipients in qualifying for supplemental security income.

Requires any fund balance exceeding $3,000,000 to lapse to the general fund, and mandates the department report to the legislature within ten business days of any expenditure from the fund.

Appropriates $3,000,000 from the interim assistance reimbursement special fund for fiscal year 2015-2016 and takes effect July 1, 2015.
