Appropriates $8,776,876 to the Senate for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2016, including legislative information system costs ($1,150,000) and legislative broadcasting ($112,500)

Appropriates $12,022,114 to the House of Representatives for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2016, including legislative information system costs ($938,424) and legislative broadcasting ($112,500)

Appropriates $2,947,349 to the Office of the Auditor for fiscal year 2015-2016 expenses and special studies, plus $2,800,000 to the audit revolving fund and $6,300,000 from the fund for audit functions

Appropriates $3,440,969 to the Legislative Reference Bureau, $1,216,170 to the Office of the Ombudsman, and $1,008,895 to the State Ethics Commission for fiscal year 2015-2016 expenses

Requires Senate and House accounts to be audited before January 20, 2016, with unexpended balances lapsing into the general fund by June 30, 2016
