Appropriates an unspecified amount from general revenues for fiscal years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 to the state public charter school commission for charter school facilities projects.

Directs the commission to allocate facilities funding based, in part, on the need and performance of individual charter schools.

Requires the state public charter school commission to report to the legislature no later than twenty days before each regular session beginning in 2016, covering fund use and findings from the facilities pilot project.

Establishes the appropriated funds to support an existing facilities pilot project currently operating with $680,000 in federal impact aid.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
