Request auditor to examine the University of Hawaii at Manoa college of education's management of programs that ended between fiscal years 2010 and 2015.

Auditor must determine the number of ceased programs, their purposes, accomplishments, challenges faced, and operating costs/funding sources.

Auditor must identify reasons for program closures and their impact on the University of Hawaii, department of education, and community.

Auditor shall submit written report of findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days before the convening of the 2016 regular session.

Act takes effect upon approval.
