Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92F-14(b) to expand the definition of information in which individuals have a significant privacy interest under the Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA).

Adds new category (10) to the list of examples of information protected by privacy interest: "Information that if disclosed would create a substantial and demonstrable risk of physical harm to an individual."

Modifies punctuation in existing provisions by changing the period after social security numbers (item 9) to a semicolon and adding "and" to connect to the new item.

Takes effect upon approval of the Governor.
