University of Hawaii board of regents must study the feasibility of selling or leasing the land and physical structure housing the University of Hawaii Cancer Center

Board must evaluate potential buyers, offer modes, alternatives for leasing or selling land, alternatives for leasing or selling the building or portions thereof, ground rent renegotiation, maintenance cost assumptions, lease-back rental amounts, and projected revenue gains

Board of regents must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 regular legislative session

Act takes effect July 1, 2050
