Appropriates funds from general revenues to the University of Hawaii for fiscal years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 to pay student employees at new or expanded worksites on each campus.

Allocates funds to the vice chancellor for students at each University of Hawaii campus based on full-time student enrollment.

Allows funding priority to be given to students employed in university programs supporting access, retention, and diversity over other student employees.

Recognizes that approximately 4,000 University of Hawaii students work an average of 12 hours per week as full-time students, with the system currently spending approximately $22,000,000 annually on student employee salaries from general funds, tuition and fees, and federal work-study funds.

Takes effect on July 1, 2525 (note: effective date appears to contain a clerical error).
