Requires the interagency climate adaptation committee to assist with coordinating the implementation of climate change policies developed by county, state, and federal agencies.

Directs the committee to develop and publish sea level rise vulnerability and adaptation reports by December 31, 2017, identifying major impact areas through 2050, expected impacts, economic ramifications, applicable federal laws and programs, and planning recommendations.

Mandates the committee to prepare public health vulnerability and adaptation reports covering disease surveillance systems, tools to predict health impacts, identification of vulnerable populations, workforce training programs, and preparedness plans related to climate change health effects.

Requires the committee to update and reevaluate all reports every five years and coordinate with the Hawaii Public Health Association and other stakeholders during report development.

Committee must solicit public input and coordinate with various county, state, and federal agencies involved in climate change adaptation planning initiatives.
