Prohibits public disclosure of voting results for any ballot contests affected by a postponed election until voting in the postponed election concludes.

Applies when election postponement is ordered by the chief election officer due to natural disaster under section 11-92.3, or by the governor during a state of emergency under section 127A-13(a)(9).

Allows discretionary withholding of results for contests not appearing on the postponed election ballot.

Reduces maximum postponement period from twenty-one days to seven days following a natural disaster, and requires absentee voting to conclude within seven days of the election.

Clarifies that the governor may order postponements during an ongoing election in addition to the chief election officer's pre-election authority, and updates notification timelines to "as soon as possible" rather than specific day requirements.
