Requires the Department of Education and Department of Health to jointly establish an interagency working group to develop a comprehensive school health program.

Working group must address school health infrastructure, transfer of health aides from DOH to DOE, medication administration training, federal funding opportunities, and personnel transfer issues.

Working group membership includes superintendents, health directors, education and health officials, university representatives, community health centers, family representatives, and other stakeholders designated by leadership.

Requires interim report to legislature no later than 20 days before the 2016 regular session and final report no later than 20 days before the 2017 regular session with infrastructure plans and sustainability recommendations.

Interagency working group shall cease to exist on December 31, 2016.
