Authorizes Class 2 restaurant licensees to sell beer, malt beverages, or cider for off-premises consumption in securely sealed containers not exceeding one-half gallon capacity.

Authorizes Class 4 retail dealer licensees to sell beer, malt beverages, or cider in non-original packages using securely sealed containers not exceeding one-half gallon capacity.

Allows Class 14 brewpub licensees to sell malt beverages in growlers for off-premises consumption, including beverages purchased from other liquor manufacturers or brewpub licensees.

Allows Class 18 small craft producer pub licensees to sell malt beverages in growlers for off-premises consumption, including beverages purchased from other liquor manufacturers or brewpub licensees.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
