Adds a new section to Chapter 305J, Hawaii Revised Statutes, establishing the right to request an administrative hearing under the Hawaii Post-Secondary Education Authorization Program.

Allows institutions to request an administrative hearing within 15 days of receiving notification of denial or intent to suspend or terminate any authorization.

Administrative hearings must be conducted pursuant to Chapter 91, HRS (Hawaii's Administrative Procedures Act).

Effective upon approval.
