Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 321-1.8 to require the Department of Health to post electronic inspection reports on its website for seven types of state-licensed care facilities, including adult day health centers, long-term care facilities, and developmental disabilities homes.

Requires inspection reports to be posted within five working days of inspection completion and include violation descriptions, corrective action plans, facility-submitted corrective actions, and other quality information deemed appropriate by the department.

Removes inspection reports containing violations from the website after three years from the posting date.

Authorizes the Department of Health to maintain a forum on its website where specified care facilities may post vacancy information to facilitate individual placement.

Requires the Department of Health to convene a working group and submit a report to the legislature by twenty days before the 2016 regular session regarding implementation and maintenance of the vacancy information forum.
