H.C.R. NO. 1 - Recess Days for Regular Session of 2015

• Establishes mandatory recess dates for the 2015 Regular Session as February 26-27 and March 2-4, pursuant to Article III, section 10 of the Hawaii State Constitution.

• Designates additional recess dates (non-mandatory) as January 27 and 30, February 11, March 9 and 11, April 13 and 15, and May 4 and 6.

• Requires both the House of Representatives and Senate to recess on all specified dates during the 2015 legislative session.
