Encourages public and charter schools to annually provide information to parents of sixth-grade students regarding human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination, beginning with the 2016-2017 school year.

Requires the Department of Health to approve the vaccination information before the Department of Education disseminates it to schools.

Information provided must include the connection between HPV and cervical cancer, as well as other HPV-related cancers and diseases.

Information must notify parents that the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommends completion of the HPV vaccination process before students enter seventh grade.

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the Board of Education Chairperson, Superintendent of Education, Director of Health, and Public Charter School Commission.
