Request the Director of Health to extend the task force studying the effects of the January 2014 fuel tank leak at the Red Hill Underground Fuel Storage Facility.

Director of Health shall continue as Chairperson and invite the same interested parties (Department of Health, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Honolulu Board of Water Supply, Environmental Protection Agency, and United States Navy) to serve as task force members.

Task force shall monitor developments and gather new information about the Red Hill fuel tanks to supplement its December 2014 report, with Department of Health providing necessary administrative and technical support.

Director of Health shall submit a supplemental report of the task force's findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 Regular Session convenes.

Certified copies of the resolution shall be transmitted to relevant federal, state, and local agencies including U.S. Pacific Fleet and EPA Pacific Islands Contact Office.
