Requests the University of Hawaii President to convene a working group to study moving the Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy from Hilo to Kakaako to integrate with the John A. Burns School of Medicine and Cancer Center

Directs the working group to explore relocating the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, or a portion thereof, from Manoa to Hilo to enhance agricultural education and food security on the Big Island

Working group membership includes chancellors and deans from affected campuses, two House representatives appointed by the Speaker, two Senate members appointed by the Senate President, and representatives appointed by the Governor

Requires the working group to develop a financial framework for implementing the proposed campus realignments and to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 Regular Session convening

Identifies potential benefits including academic synergy between pharmacy and cancer research, access to medical school facilities and research cores, and strengthened agricultural productivity on the Big Island
