Require the Department of Health to provide complainants and interested parties with information regarding investigation status, results, penalties, and corrective action orders.

Request fair and equal enforcement of all applicable laws and regulations against all solid waste recycling companies to ensure compliant and safe operations.

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Director of Health and chiefs of police and county officials across all four Hawaii counties.
