Requests the Hawaii Judiciary to convene a Hawaiian language task force to examine establishing Hawaiian language resources on the Judiciary's website and legal documents.

Task force must conduct a feasibility study on the scope and cost of implementing Hawaiian language resources and develop a plan to ensure accurate, authentic Hawaiian language versions of all documents.

Task force must identify necessary resources including native Hawaiian speakers (manaleo), information technology software, and associated costs.

Task force composition includes representatives from the Access to Justice Commission, Judiciary, Hawaii State Bar Association, Department of Accounting and General Services, Department of Budget and Finance, University of Hawaii Hawaiian Language programs, Hale Kuamo'o, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, and relevant legislative committees.

Task force must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 Regular Session convenes.
