Request the Hawaii Interagency Council on Homelessness to convene a working group to identify data points and design a system for collecting, consolidating, securing, and sharing homeless youth data across state departments.

Working group must include 19 members including the Governor's Coordinator on Homelessness, State Chief Information Officer, Superintendent of Education, county homeless coordinators, and representatives from youth service organizations and federal agencies.

Working group tasked with determining best practices for collecting and sharing data on the homeless youth population to inform policy decisions.

Working group must submit findings and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature no later than 20 days before the convening of the 2016 Regular Session.
