Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to issue a 55-year term, non-exclusive easement to Kahaluu Pond, Inc. for use, repair, and maintenance of the seawall at Kahaluu, Koolaupoko, Oahu (TMK: (1) 4-7-011: seaward of 0001).

Kahaluu Fish Pond is listed on State and National Registers of Historic Sites and requires an easement to continue seawall repairs and maintenance.

Previous Grant of Easement No. S-4914 expired on February 28, 2014, after commencing March 1, 1984.

Board of Land and Natural Resources approved the new 55-year easement on October 11, 2013, pending legislative authorization required under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 171-53.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson, Governor, and Kahaluu Pond, Inc.
