Requests the State Department of Defense to establish and fund a veteran women services coordinator position within the Office of Veterans' Services.

Coordinator must be a veteran or current/discharged member of the Hawaii Air or Army National Guard.

Coordinator duties include gathering and distributing information about services for women military members and veterans, educating office counselors, and attending national conferences and workshops.

Addresses needs of approximately 9,502 to 11,744 women veterans residing in Hawaii who face military sexual trauma, inadequate healthcare, post-traumatic stress syndrome, homelessness, and unemployment.

Requires transmission of resolution to the Governor, Adjutant General, Director of the Office of Veterans' Services, and Chairperson of the Policy Advisory Board on Veterans' Services.
