Urges Hawaii's congressional delegation to support posthumously awarding the Medal of Honor to Captain Robert Maluenda Caliboso of Molokai.

On March 5, 1966, Captain Caliboso piloted a UH-1D helicopter in Vietnam and flew into heavy enemy fire to deliver 1,500 pounds of ammunition to besieged infantrymen near Lai Khe, Binh Duong Province.

Although Captain Caliboso and his entire crew were seriously wounded, they successfully delivered the ammunition; the helicopter was shot down moments later, killing all aboard.

The Army awarded Captain Caliboso the Distinguished Service Cross in 1967 instead of the Medal of Honor; the Secretary of the Army reaffirmed this decision in 2009, but supporters believe his actions merit reconsideration.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to each member of Hawaii's congressional delegation.
