Requests the Board of Education to establish and administer a life skills education program at each public school for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Program should be age-appropriate and include courses on money management, budgeting, saving, and investing; preparation for independent living including renting and homeownership; entrepreneurship information; college preparation; and career education.

Addresses the lack of essential life skills training in current public school curriculum that students need to live independently, attend college, and enter the workforce.

Directs that certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Education and Superintendent of Education.
