Urges Congress and the President to support legislation expediting family reunification for Filipino World War II veterans.

Recognizes that nearly 100,000 Philippine Commonwealth Army soldiers fought alongside U.S. forces during World War II, many of whom died or were captured during battles like Bataan and Corregidor.

Notes that the 1946 Rescission Act denied Filipino veterans equal veterans benefits compared to other allied nations' soldiers, and that 1990 legislation only partially addressed immigration and naturalization barriers.

Highlights that surviving Filipino veterans, now in their seventies and eighties, remain separated from children in the Philippines awaiting immigrant visas and continue to be denied full federal veterans benefits.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the President, Congress leadership, Veterans Affairs Secretary, Philippine Republic President, and relevant state and federal committees.
