Request the University of Hawaii President to convene a working group to study moving the Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy from Hilo to Kakaako to integrate with the John A. Burns School of Medicine and Cancer Center

Study feasibility of moving the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, or a portion thereof, from Manoa campus to Hilo campus to support agricultural research and food security on the Big Island

Working group to include seven University of Hawaii representatives (chancellors, deans, and director) plus four legislative and gubernatorial appointees

Working group must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 Regular Session convenes

Identify financial framework needed to implement the proposed campus realignments and departmental relocations
