Remove ROMY M. CACHOLA as Chair of the Veterans, Military, & International Affairs, & Culture and the Arts Committee and as member of the Consumer Protection & Commerce Committee and Judiciary Committee, but add him as member of the Finance Committee while retaining his other committee memberships.

Make KEN ITO the new Chair of the Veterans, Military, & International Affairs, & Culture and the Arts Committee, removing him as Vice Chair while retaining his other memberships.

Make JAMES KUNANE TOKIOKA the new Vice Chair of the Veterans, Military, & International Affairs, & Culture and the Arts Committee while retaining his other memberships.

Remove MELE CARROLL from the Housing Committee, Human Services Committee, and Health Committee due to his resignation from the House of Representatives effective February 1, 2015.

Maintain all other committee assignments and memberships established in H.R. No. 4 of the Twenty-eighth Legislature.
