Recognizes participants of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiators meeting held in Waikoloa from March 9-14, 2015.

Acknowledges TPP as a multilateral free trade agreement designed to increase trade between Asia Pacific economies and advance the "Bogor Doctrine" goals established at the 1994 APEC summit in Indonesia.

Notes that 12 APEC member economies participated in TPP negotiations: Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the United States, and Vietnam.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to TPP members, U.S. federal officials, Hawaii state officials, and numerous business and ethnic chamber organizations throughout Hawaii.
