Urges the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Department of Health, and City and County of Honolulu to expedite expansion and improvement of replacement wash-down stations at Maunalua Bay in Hawaii Kai.

Notes that original four wash-down stations were relocated due to pavement deterioration and Department of Health regulations prohibiting direct ocean water run-off; new stations accommodate only three boats and typically allow only two boats in simultaneous use.

Identifies that new stations lack proper lighting, are located in high vehicle traffic area, create congestion on Hawaii Kai Drive, and present safety hazards to users.

Highlights that Department of Land and Natural Resources expansion plans are delayed because proposed expansion area is partially owned by the City and County of Honolulu and requires Department of Health water quality certification under federal Clean Water Act section 401(a)(1).

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources, Director of Health, and Mayor and Council Chairperson of the City and County of Honolulu.
