Require the Department of Health to provide complaining or interested parties with information regarding the status and results of investigations, penalties, and corrective actions.

Direct the Department of Health to fairly and equally enforce applicable laws and regulations against all solid waste recycling companies to ensure compliant, safe operations.

Address concerns that continuing violations without swift Department of Health action harm public health and the environment, while disadvantaging compliant companies and encouraging unlawful conduct.

Transmit certified copies to the Director of Health, police chiefs across all counties, and county officials in Hawaii County, Honolulu, Kauai County, and Maui County.
