Recognizes Kekoa Robert Nelson, who became an organ donor at age eight after a tragic accident; his donations of kidneys, lungs, and heart valves benefited multiple recipients.

Honors Bronson "Duke" Nainoa De Rego, whose 2010 organ donation of kidneys and liver saved three lives and whose cornea donation restored sight to two individuals.

Commends Jens Magelssen, a Honolulu Police Officer who became an organ and tissue donor in 2014 after a tragic accident.

Designates April as National Donate Life Month to raise awareness about the importance of organ donation and recognizes Legacy of Life Hawaii, a local non-profit organization promoting organ donation and supporting donor families.
