Requests the State Department of Defense establish and fund a Veteran Women Services Coordinator position within the Office of Veterans' Services.

Coordinator must be appointed as a veteran or present/discharged member of the Hawaii Air or Army National Guard.

Coordinator duties include gathering and distributing information about services for women military members and veterans, educating counselors within the office, and attending national conferences to ensure women veterans have knowledgeable resources.

Resolution notes Hawaii has between 9,502 and 11,744 women veterans who face issues including military sexual trauma, inadequate healthcare, post-traumatic stress syndrome, homelessness, and unemployment.

Requires transmission of certified copy to the Governor, Adjutant General, Director of the Office of Veterans' Services, and Chairperson of the Policy Advisory Board on Veterans' Services.
