Urges the Department of Health to require medical care professionals to provide all pregnant women with information on prenatal Down syndrome screening and testing, associated risks, and support resources.

Requests the Department of Health collect data on the number of fetuses diagnosed with Down syndrome that are aborted versus carried to term.

Requires the Department of Health to submit a report to the Legislature by 20 days before the 2016 Regular Session detailing pregnancies terminated due to Down syndrome diagnosis and those carried to term since 2010.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Director of Health, Hawaii Medical Board Chairperson, and President of the Hawaii Medical Association.
