Request the Aha Moku Advisory Committee to engage stakeholders in developing and adopting rules for its operation and administration, with assistance from the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, and Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs.

Aha Moku Advisory Committee was authorized under Act 288, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012, with legislative intent to provide Hawaiians an opportunity to demonstrate that traditional Hawaiian values and customs could apply to modern governmental affairs.

Require the Aha Moku Advisory Committee to report back to the Legislature regarding the development and adoption of rules no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2016.

Direct transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Chair of the Aha Moku Advisory Committee, Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources, Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, and President of the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs.
