Acknowledges and recognizes the Minority Leader (Beth Fukumoto Chang), Minority Floor Leader (Andria P.L. Tupola), Minority Whips (Lauren Kealohilani Matsumoto and Feki Pouha), Minority Policy Leader (Gene Ward), and Assistant Minority leadership positions.
