Requests the University of Hawaii convene a task force to review and revise its Executive Policy on Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking with consideration of affirmative consent standards.

Task force composition includes the UH President, Vice President for Community Colleges, three campus chancellors, Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women director, UH Commission on the Status of Women chair, Sex Abuse Treatment Center Executive Director, and representatives from the American Civil Liberties Union and Women's Legislative Caucus.

Task force must consider best practices, professional standards, and contemporary corrective actions consistent with academic environments, state law, and standard business practices when reviewing the policy.

Policy guidance should address comprehensive education and prevention programs, support resources for victims, prompt complaint procedures, equal rights for respondents and complainants in disciplinary proceedings, and corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

Task force shall submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2016 regular session convenes.
