Encourages the City and County of Honolulu to expand the number of refuse convenience centers and transfer stations that accept bulky items throughout Oahu.

Addresses the problem of bulky item dumping on streets, which occurs when residents need to dispose of items faster than the scheduled municipal pick-up dates allow.

Notes that current convenience centers closer to Honolulu limit the types of bulky items accepted, while facilities accepting a wider variety are located farther away and are inconvenient for central Honolulu residents.

Encourages the City and County of Honolulu to expand the types of bulky items accepted at each site.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Mayor and Director of Environmental Services of the City and County of Honolulu.
