Honors the service and sacrifice of five outstanding Vietnam veterans: Brigadier General Jerome T. Hagen, Colonel Steve "Viking" Melgaard, Lt. Colonel Grady Geske, Captain Kenneth H. DeHoff, Jr., and Sergeant Major Alan Kellogg.

Commemorates the fiftieth anniversary of the landing of United States ground troops in the Vietnam War in 2015.

Recognizes Brigadier General Hagen's 483 combat missions in A-4 Skyhawk aircraft and decorations including the Silver Star Medal and Distinguished Service Medal.

Acknowledges Sergeant Major Kellogg's Medal of Honor for heroic actions on March 11, 1970, and his subsequent wounding in action.

Expresses the House of Representatives' gratitude to all Vietnam veterans for their dedication and service to the United States.
