Requests the Director of Health to extend the task force that was studying the effects of the January 2014 fuel leak at the Red Hill Underground Fuel Storage Facility.

Directs the Director of Health to continue serving as Chairperson and invite the same interested parties (Department of Land and Natural Resources, Honolulu Board of Water Supply, Environmental Protection Agency, and United States Navy) to continue their participation.

Tasks the extended task force with monitoring developments and gathering new information about the Red Hill fuel tanks and the January 2014 leak to supplement its 2014 report.

Requests the task force submit a supplemental report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 Regular Session.

Directs the Department of Health to provide necessary administrative, professional, technical, and clerical support to the task force.
