Requests the Auditor to conduct a comprehensive audit of the Real Estate Commission's policies, procedures, and management.

Directs the audit to analyze the Commission's management, investigative powers and contract awards, adoption of administrative rules for chapter 514B, the condominium mediation program, and fee collection practices.

Notes the Commission oversees 18,557 licensees statewide and 1,591 registered condominium associations but has not completed rulemaking for chapter 514B since initiating the process in 2009.

Requires the Auditor to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the 2016 Regular Session.

Cites public concerns about Commission operations and notes this would be the first comprehensive audit of the Commission's entire organization and personnel administration.
