Requests the Chairperson of the Aha Moku Advisory Committee to submit a financial report to the Legislature by July 31, 2015.

Report must cover fiscal years 2012-2013, 2013-2014, and 2014-2015 and itemize sources of funding, expenditures, projected expenditures, and operational costs.

Aha Moku Advisory Committee was established by Act 288 (2012) to advise the Board of Land and Natural Resources on land and natural resources management using indigenous moku boundary-based practices.

Committee received a general fund appropriation of $76,500 for fiscal year 2012-2013 and has also received funding from the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Aha Moku Advisory Committee Chairperson, Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson, and Office of Hawaiian Affairs Board of Trustees Chairperson.
