Requires the director of finance to include a summary of projected annual debt service for bonds financing capital improvement projects in the six-year program and financial plan and budget submitted before each odd-numbered year and supplemental budgets submitted before each even-numbered year.

Summary must list projected annual debt service from the fiscal year of first debt service payment through the fiscal year of last debt service payment for bonds proposed during the covered fiscal years.

Summary must also include projected annual debt service for previously-issued bonds used to finance capital improvement projects for the same fiscal year range.

Summary shall categorize debt service information by program, bond category, and means of financing.

Effective July 1, 2016, with intent to apply provisions to judiciary budget by operation of existing law.
