Updates Hawaii's Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (Chapter 576B, HRS) to comply with the 2007 Hague Convention on International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance.

Expands the law to apply to foreign countries and foreign support orders, adding procedures for registration, recognition, enforcement, and modification of support orders from Convention signatory nations.

Adds definitions and procedures for foreign tribunals, foreign support orders, foreign support agreements, and establishes a framework for central authority involvement in international child support cases.

Establishes that Hawaii's child support enforcement agency serves as the designated central authority and support enforcement agency for Convention purposes, with authority to transmit and receive applications.

Effective July 1, 2015, applies to all proceedings begun after the effective date involving establishment of support orders, parentage determination, or registration and modification of prior support orders from other states or foreign countries.
