Appropriates or authorizes funds for collective bargaining cost items negotiated with the exclusive bargaining representative of collective bargaining unit (14) for fiscal biennium 2015-2017.

Appropriates -0- in General Funds, Special Funds, Federal Funds, and Other Funds for both FY 2015-2016 and FY 2016-2017 (no specific dollar amounts allocated).

Authorizes salary increases and cost adjustments for state officers and employees excluded from collective bargaining who belong to the same compensation plans as bargaining unit (14) members.
