• Adds one new synthetic cathinone (Ethylone and related compounds) to Schedule I stimulants under HRS 329-14(f)

• Adds eight new synthetic cannabinoids to Schedule I under HRS 329-14(g), including AB-CHMINACA, AB-PINACA, THJ-2201, FUB-AMB, 5-fluoro-AMB, 5F-AKB48, 5F-APICA, and NM2201

• Removes hydrocodone provisions from Schedule III narcotic drugs and renumbers remaining Schedule III narcotic drug items under HRS 329-18(e)

• Adds Suvorexant to Schedule IV depressants and renumbers existing depressant drug items under HRS 329-20(b)

• Adds tramadol (as 2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexanol) to Schedule IV narcotic drugs under HRS 329-20(g)
