Authorizes Class 2 restaurant licensees to sell beer, malt beverages, or cider for off-premises consumption in securely sealed or covered glass, ceramic, or metal containers not exceeding one-half gallon capacity.

Permits Class 4 retail dealer licensees to sell beer, malt beverages, or cider in non-original packages under the same container restrictions (sealed/covered, maximum one-half gallon).

Allows Class 14 brewpub licensees to sell malt beverages purchased from other licensed manufacturers or wholesalers to consumers in growlers for off-premises consumption.

Allows Class 18 small craft producer pub licensees to sell malt beverages, wine, or alcohol purchased from other licensed manufacturers or wholesalers to consumers in growlers for off-premises consumption.

Takes effect on July 1, 2020.
