Amends Act 326, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012, to exclude resort time share vacation plans, resort time share vacation interests, and day-to-day hotel or motel transient occupancy from transient accommodation regulations.

Requires transient accommodation operators to designate a local contact residing on the same island and provide contact information to relevant homeowner or condominium associations within 60 days of any changes.

Mandates nongovernmental entities (condominium associations, cooperatives, etc.) to provide the tax department with information about operators leasing properties as transient accommodations by December 31 annually or within 60 days of changes.

Requires registration identification numbers and local contact information to be displayed prominently in rental agreements, posted in the accommodation, and included in all online advertisements and solicitations.

Postpones the repeal date of Act 326 (originally scheduled for December 31, 2015) to an unspecified future date; violations subject to penalties under section 231-35 without imprisonment.
